For instance, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that median pay for computer and information systems managers in 2018 was $142,530 per year.
Project Management: This minor emphasizes the development of critical and creative thinking, communication, and problem-solving. Students learn how to develop, execute and complete projects while managing risk and maintaining schedule and budget alignment. Project managers have career versatility and mobility, as they can work in many departments in numerous industries on a permanent, temporary or contractual basis. According to 2019 data from PayScale, project managers make an average annual salary of $73,479.
